Regular Purchase, Pay For Use Purchase, and Hosted Purchase. The quote also includes monthly, quarterly, and annual amounts for the Pay For Use and Hosted options. Thank you for your interest in CG4.
Number of Server Licenses
Enter the number of production server licenses desired. Most customers only need one server license. If you have multiple groups in your company that have distinct needs, you may need additional server licenses. If you are not sure, assume one but check with us to make sure.
Number of Handheld Licenses
Enter the number of handheld licenses needed. Each handheld requires a handheld license. If you have questions on this, check with us.
Number of Tracked Assets
Enter the number of assets you plan on tracking.
Number of Concurrent Web Users
With each server license and handheld license, you receive a web license. In stand-alone mode, the users may do the same editing of assets in the web that they do on the handhelds. If you have one server and five handheld licenses, then you receive six web licenses. If you have another four people that will need to edit and update assets using the web interface, then enter ten in this field of number concurrent web users needed. In pass-through mode, the editing and updating of asset information is done in the enterprise asset management system, not with the web interface into ATS. The pass-through customers rarely need any additional concurrent web licenses beyond the ones that come with the server and handheld licenses. If you are not sure, just enter total server and handheld licenses and give us a call.
Professional Services, Handheld Hardware, and Barcodes Not Included in Quote
We offer
professional services, handheld hardware, and barcodes, but they are all optional and are not included in this quote. Please refer to the services area if you are interested in any services. In general, our hope is that you can install our software and begin using it without purchasing services. For handheld hardware, you may have your own handhelds or want to purchase your own units, which many customers do. We do a great job with barcodes, but that too is something many customers have a good handle on without our help. If you would like any help with
