The handheld hardware asset tracking market continues to improve and evolve at a very quick pace. We strive to be independent of both hardware vendors and handheld operating systems which helps with our goal to allow as many handheld options as possible for our customers.
Operating Systems. We support Palm, PocketPC2002, PocketPC2003, Mobile5, Mobile6, and CE 5.0.
Hardware Vendors. We have customers using Symbol, Dolphin, Janum, Palm, HP, and other device manufacturers not listed here. We support integrated , non-integrated scanners, ruggedized, and non-ruggedized scanners. We support Grabba, Socket, wedge devices and other similar scanners that are optional scanner add-ons to handheld hardware asset tracking devices.
We resell handheld hardware for our customers who are interested. Many of our customers already own or have purchased handhelds directly from their own hardware vendors. Either way is fine with us, but we suggest before you make a new investment in scanners to be used with our software that you first check in with us for guidance and suggestions.
Barcodes. We sell barcodes. We are glad to help you design a barcode that will accomplish your objectives, or many customers handle this themselves. The vast majority of our customers use preprinted, sequential barcodes. Many of our customers love the vinyl tamper-evident barcodes.
