Our pricing is based on the number of assets you are tracking, how many servers you plan to install, the number of concurrent web users, and the number of handheld licenses you will be using. Once you know those things, you need to decide if you want a regular purchase, a pay-for-use, or a lease purchase.
Regular Purchase. If you purchase our software, our server license ranges from $500 to $2,500 depending on the number of assets you are going to track. Our handheld license is $1,700 each. Maintenance is 18% of licensing. While on maintenance you receive all new versions of the software at no additional fee. You also receive software fixes, phone, web and email support, all at no incremental cost.
Pay-for-Use Purchase. If you select the monthly pay-for-use purchase, you will pay a monthly amount that covers licensing and maintenance. With this purchase, you only pay for the months you will be using the software. You can turn it off and on from month to month.
Lease Purchase. Sometimes the capital budgets do not get approved but operating budgets have room for a monthly lease payment. If you would like to purchase software and/or hardware and roll it into a monthly lease payment, we can arrange that for you.
Licenses Interchangeable. Once you purchase licenses of either of our asset tracking products, you can exchange your licenses of one product for licenses of the other product as long as you are current on maintenance. For example, you may have plans to implement an enterprise asset management system next year but in preparation for the move you would like to start gathering your asset data now. To gather the initial data, you would purchase the Stand Alone Asset Tracking System. Migrating the data from one version to the other is very easy. The handheld functionality is very similar between versions so it will be almost transparent to your handheld technicians--which eliminates the need for additional end user training (they usually do not like change).
