We offer customization services. Although customization is offered, we do not highlight this fact because we think customizing our asset tracking software is not usually in the best, long-term interest of our customers. If the requested customization idea is a great one, we will arrange to do it for you and then most-likely include it in our next general release. However, if the customization is mostly for you and will not be of much benefit to other customers it will not be included in a general release. If you decide on customization, when you want to migrate to the next version of ATS, you would need to customize the new release to retain the customization feature.
Some businesses have a sign indicating how many days it has been without an onsite injury. We at CG4 think similarly with respect to how long it has been since we have needed to ustomize our software. CG4's ATS is a mature product and the vast majority of our customers are able to get the functionality they need for their specific environment without customizing.
