The data flow starts when the Business System exports data to a standard text file (or other common format). That data set is then downloaded into CG4•Central™ where it is converted to the handheld computer's format. The converted data is then downloaded into the handheld computer. After data gathering is complete, CG4•Central receives the changed data from the handheld, converts it to the Business System's format and creates an upload file ready to be imported into the Business System. The data can be reviewed and edited before uploading from within CG4•Central.
